Amarnath Yatra 2012 was flagged off on 24th June, 2012 from Jammu amid tight security.With in 5 days, approximately 1 Lakh people had performed the Darshan of Shir Amarnath Ji.Every years close to 5 lakh people pay Obsience at the Holy cave that is situated at an altitude of 3,888 m (12,756 ft) above sea level.It is practically not possible for every one to reach the place due to difficult conditions Like High Terrain, Unexpected Weather, less Oxygen etc.

In 2011, 107 people lost their lives while performing the Amarnath Yatra.This is the reason as to why the Shrine Board had made it compulsory for each and every yatris to carry a Medical Certificate issued by Registered Medical Practitioner (RPM).

For the Convenience of Devotees and those who did not get a Chance to perform the the Amarnath Yatra in 2012 due to Health Reasons or some other reason we are posting some of the Exclusive Photos of Amarnath Yatra 2012.In other words, we call also call it Amarnath Photo Darshan.
